These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the InFi Education Hub website and your purchase and use of our educational resources and memberships.
InFi Education Hub is an online educational resource platform providing downloadable mathematics teaching and learning materials in PDF and PowerPoint formats.
In these terms, “InFi Education Hub”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the InFi Education Hub website.
“You” and “your” refer to any visitor, registered user, individual member, teacher, school or organisation using our website or services.

By purchasing a membership or using our services, you agree to these terms.
InFi Education Hub provides digital educational resources designed to support mathematics teaching, learning and lesson preparation.
Our resources may include worksheets, exercises, presentations, revision materials and other educational content.
Resources are made available for download in PDF, PowerPoint or other formats expressly offered on the website.
We may add, update, reorganise, replace or remove resources as our educational library develops.
We aim to provide useful and accessible materials but do not guarantee that every resource will meet every user’s individual educational requirements, teaching approach or curriculum specification.
Users are responsible for checking that resources are appropriate for their intended educational purposes.
We currently offer the following annual membership options:
Individual Membership: £25
Individual Membership provides one individual member with access to the resources available under the membership for 12 months.
School Membership: £50
School Membership provides a school or educational institution with access to the resources available under the membership for 12 months, subject to the permitted-use provisions in these terms.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP), unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable taxes will be displayed or handled at checkout as required by law.
We reserve the right to change our prices and membership offerings for future purchases. Changes will not retrospectively alter the price already paid for an existing membership.
Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date on which the membership is activated, unless a different start date is expressly stated during purchase.
During the membership period, eligible members may access and download the resources made available to their membership.
Membership access expires at the end of the 12-month period unless the membership is renewed.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the website and downloadable resources available. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times because of maintenance, technical issues, security incidents, hosting problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a technical issue materially prevents a member from accessing their purchased membership, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
Certain resources may require you to register for an account or sign in before downloading.
You agree to provide accurate and current registration information and to update it when necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.
You must not knowingly share your account credentials with unauthorised individuals or allow others to access an individual membership through your login.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorised sharing, security risks or material breaches of these terms.
We will act proportionately and provide an explanation where reasonably practicable.
An Individual Membership is intended for one named individual.
The member may download and use resources for their own teaching, lesson preparation, personal educational use or other permitted educational activities.
An individual teacher may use downloaded materials with the students they teach, subject to the intellectual property and permitted-use provisions below.
An Individual Membership does not permit the member to distribute their account credentials to colleagues or use one account as a shared account for an entire school or organisation.
If multiple teachers require separate accounts, each must have an appropriate membership unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
A School Membership is intended for use by the purchasing school or educational institution.
Unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing, the school may permit its employed teaching staff to access and use the resources for the school’s educational activities.
The school may use downloaded resources in lessons, provide copies to its own students for educational purposes, and print or display materials as reasonably necessary for teaching.
The school is responsible for ensuring that its staff comply with these terms.
A School Membership does not automatically authorise:
Sharing login credentials with unrelated schools or organisations.
Redistributing the original resource files to the public.
Selling or licensing our resources to third parties.
Uploading the resources to public websites or unrestricted file-sharing platforms.
Including our resources in a commercial resource library or competing download service.
Removing copyright notices or presenting our resources as the school’s original work.
The £50 School Membership is intended for use within the purchasing school or institution. It does not automatically cover a group of separate schools, a multi-academy trust, a local authority or an entire educational group operating across multiple institutions.
Please contact us if you require a multi-school or wider institutional licence.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all original educational resources made available through InFi Education Hub are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
InFi Education Hub and its licensors retain ownership of the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the resources.
Purchasing a membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use resources for the permitted educational purposes described in these terms.
Your membership does not transfer ownership of the resources to you.
Subject to the permitted-use provisions, you may:
Download available resources during your membership.
Print worksheets and exercises for educational use.
Use PowerPoint presentations in teaching.
Provide copies of appropriate materials to students for learning activities.
Adapt materials for classroom use where the adaptation does not involve prohibited redistribution or commercial exploitation.
You must not, without our prior written permission:
Sell or commercially redistribute our original resources.
Publish our downloadable files on public websites.
Share original resource files through public file-sharing services.
Repackage our resources for sale or distribution as your own product.
Remove or alter copyright notices in a misleading manner.
Use our resources to create a competing commercial resource library.
Claim ownership of materials created by InFi Education Hub.
These restrictions do not prevent uses permitted by applicable copyright law.
Your membership gives you access to the resource library during the 12-month membership period.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the licence to use resources validly downloaded during an active membership continues after the membership expires, subject to these terms.
This means you may continue using previously downloaded materials for the permitted educational purposes described above.
However, after expiry, you will no longer be entitled to access member-only areas or download additional resources unless you renew your membership.
Continued use of downloaded materials remains subject to the applicable intellectual property restrictions.
Membership payments must be completed through the payment methods made available at checkout.
We may use third-party payment providers to process transactions securely.
We do not intend to store full payment card details on our own website.
Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider’s separate terms and privacy policy.
Your membership will be activated following successful payment and completion of any required registration steps.
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may withhold or suspend membership access until the payment issue has been resolved.
Memberships are for a fixed period of 12 months.
Unless we expressly introduce an automatic renewal arrangement and clearly disclose it before purchase, memberships will expire at the end of the 12-month period without automatically charging you again.
You may purchase a new membership to continue accessing the member-only resource library.
Where automatic renewal is offered in the future, the renewal price, renewal date, payment arrangements and cancellation procedure will be clearly disclosed before you agree to the arrangement.
We want our membership arrangements to be clear and fair.
Where you purchase as a consumer, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law remain unaffected by these terms.
Depending on the type of contract and the circumstances, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into a distance contract.
Different rules may apply to digital content supplied immediately and to ongoing digital services or memberships.
Where the law requires your express consent or acknowledgement before immediate digital supply begins, we will seek that consent or acknowledgement through the relevant checkout process.
We will not treat acceptance of these terms alone as automatically removing any statutory cancellation right where separate consent or acknowledgement is required.
If you wish to cancel a purchase, contact us at [Insert contact email address], stating your order reference and the membership purchased.
We will explain the cancellation procedure applicable to your purchase and provide any refund required by law.
Outside any applicable statutory cancellation rights, refunds will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the request.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Our resources are intended to support teaching and learning.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that materials are accurate, understandable and suitable for their stated purpose.
However, educational requirements, examination specifications and curriculum expectations can change.
We do not guarantee that every resource will correspond precisely to every examination board, syllabus, school policy or local educational requirement.
Teachers and educational institutions remain responsible for reviewing materials before using them with students.
If you identify a significant error in a resource, please contact us so that we can investigate it.
We may occasionally need to carry out maintenance, updates or security work.
We may temporarily restrict access where necessary to protect the website, users, accounts or resources.
We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and restore normal service where possible.
Nothing in these terms removes any statutory rights you may have where a service is not provided with the care, skill or continuity required by law.
You must not use the website or membership services to:
Commit or facilitate unlawful activity.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
Circumvent membership restrictions or payment controls.
Distribute malware or other harmful software.
Interfere with website security or availability.
Systematically copy or extract resources to reproduce our library.
Misuse another person’s account or personal information.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including restricting access or terminating a membership where justified.
Where appropriate, we will give the member an opportunity to explain the circumstances before taking action.
Any action taken will remain subject to applicable consumer and other legal rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If you purchase as a consumer, you retain the rights and remedies provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Subject to the above, we will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed or for losses arising from uses of our resources outside their intended or permitted purposes.
We are not responsible for independent internet, hosting or payment-provider failures to the extent that the relevant loss is not legally attributable to us.
Nothing in this section removes any remedy available where we fail to meet a legal obligation.
Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy.
These policies form part of the information governing your use of our website.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, business operations, legal requirements or security practices.
The latest version will be published on our website with its updated date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired under an existing contract.
Where a change materially affects an existing membership, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it where appropriate.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless another applicable law must apply.
If you are a consumer residing outside England and Wales, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
Nothing in these terms deprives you of any mandatory legal protection that applies to your purchase.
We encourage you to contact us first if you have a concern or dispute so that we can attempt to resolve it fairly.
