Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access to digital resources has been provided.

However, we may offer refunds:

If technical issues prevent access for an extended period

2. Tutoring Session Refunds

Refunds are not provided for tuition services. Parents must let tutors know with 24 hours notice if a session cannot be attended. The tutor may reschedule at their discretion but this is not guaranteed.

Missed sessions without notice will not be refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription to resources at any time. To cancel tuition, you need to give 4 weeks notice.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.

4. Cooling-Off Rights (UK/EU)

Under UK/EU consumer law, digital services may lose the 14-day cancellation right once:
